What this building needed
Five systems on one job, and that is the point
The schedule runs MegAtec 300, 310, 340, 360 and 610 across gaps from 50 to 200 mm. A campus block does not have one joint condition; it has floor-to-floor in the office plates, floor-to-wall at every core, wall-to-wall through the atrium, and wider separations where blocks meet. Specifying a single product across all of that is how a corner detail ends up improvised on site.
Noida is Zone IV and the thermal swing is the widest in India
NCR runs from about 4 °C to 45 °C and beyond. An identical bay accumulates more than twice the thermal movement here than it would in Chennai, and where two blocks are structurally separated the seismic case under IS 1893 has to be checked before the joint is sized.

Our factory is in Azadpur. On a Noida job a gap found wider on site than the drawing said is a recut measured in days, not the four to six weeks an extrusion order takes.
