MegAtec 320, 330, 350, 380 and 600
Five metal expansion joints from the group range that we do not manufacture in New Delhi. They exist for the cases the made-here six do not reach: a shallower rebate, a stainless-steel sightline, a 4 mm surface cover, and a roof joint at gaps past 300 mm.
Supplied to order. These five models are manufactured by the Vexcolt group outside India and brought in against a confirmed order — not held in the New Delhi range. Confirm availability with us before it goes into a programme or a BOQ; the systems made in India are the default where they fit.

Gap widths, movement, heights and classes are read from the data sheets in the last column; nothing here is interpolated. Movement is quoted as the sheet quotes it, ± about the installed position.
What each model adds over the India-made range
The six MegAtec systems made in New Delhi — 300, 310, 340, 360, 370 and 610 — cover floors to 300 mm, walls to 200 mm and roofs to 300 mm. The models below are specified where one of those does not fit the rebate, the finish or the gap.
MegAtec 320 — A01–A02
A shallow (15 mm) plate system for the same gap band as the 300 at lower movement; where the rebate depth is the constraint.
Surface: Smooth transit, hairline-serrated, ADA-compliant across the movement cycle. Traffic on the sheet: Pedestrian >25,000/day · trolley, light-wheeled and wheeled ≤1,000/day · vehicular ≤10/day. Fire barrier 120–240 minutes; waterproofing: Moisture barrier. Source: Megatec-320-A01-A02.pdf p.1–2.
MegAtec 330 — S01–S02
The stainless-faced narrow-gap option: hospitals, hotels and residential lobbies where an aluminium sightline is not wanted. Applications ticked on the sheet: educational, hospitals, offices and hotels, places of worship, residential.
Surface: 80-grit stainless steel finish for slip resistance, ADA-compliant. Traffic on the sheet: Pedestrian ≤10,000/day · trolley ≤100/day · light-wheeled ≤10/day. Fire barrier 120–240 minutes; waterproofing: Moisture barrier. Source: Megatec-330-S01-S02.pdf p.1–2.
MegAtec 350 — A01–A02
Movement of half the gap with a seismic class, in a 38 mm frame; the sheet rates it for vehicular traffic to 100 movements a day, the highest vehicular figure in the MegAtec range.
Surface: Smooth transit, hairline-serrated, ADA-compliant. Traffic on the sheet: Pedestrian >25,000/day · trolley, light-wheeled and wheeled ≤1,000/day · vehicular ≤100/day. Fire barrier 120–240 minutes; waterproofing: Moisture barrier. Source: Megatec-350-A01-A02.pdf p.1–2.
MegAtec 380 — A01–A02 · A07–A09
A 4 mm surface-applied cover for narrow gaps in finished spaces — the thinnest section in the range, with matching wall and corner variants so a 25 or 50 mm gap can be covered floor, wall and corner in one profile depth.
Surface: ADA-compliant floor plate; raised wall cover with no visible fixings. Traffic on the sheet: Pedestrian ≤5,000/day (floor variants); wall variants carry no traffic rating. Fire barrier 120–240 minutes; waterproofing: Moisture barrier. Source: Megatec-380-A01-A02.pdf and Megatec-380-A07-A09.pdf p.1–2.
MegAtec 600 — A25–A26
The wide-gap roof joint: gaps to 500 mm with movement of half the gap, where the India-made MegAtec 610 stops at 300 mm. The sheet details a 1.14 mm EPDM membrane bonded to the central plate and cross-bonded to the slab membrane.
Surface: Raised mill-finish aluminium plate. Traffic on the sheet: No traffic rating on the sheet (external roof joint). Fire barrier 120–240 minutes; waterproofing: 1.14 mm EPDM membrane bonded to the frame and cross-bonded to the slab membrane; looped into the gap. Source: Megatec-600-A25-A26.pdf p.1–2.
