MaxAtec — aluminium-framed seal joints, 100 to 220
Where the finish schedule wants the joint to read as a coloured line rather than a metal plate. An aluminium frame each side, a centre-supported elastomeric insert in black, grey or beige, and gaps from 25 to 200 mm. Single-seal in the 100 series, multi-seal in the 200s, with wall and corner variants to match.
Supplied to order. MaxAtec systems are manufactured by the Vexcolt group outside India and brought in against a confirmed order — not held in the New Delhi range. Confirm availability with us before it goes into a programme or a BOQ; the systems made in India are the default where they fit.

Shared on every sheet: 6063 T5 & T6 aluminium frames; seal colours black (ral 7021), grey (ral 7038), beige (ral 1015); fire barrier 120–240 minutes; moisture barrier. Wall variants (A07–A09) carry no traffic rating. Movement is the ± figure as printed on each sheet.
Which MaxAtec does what
The number is the depth and duty. The 100 is the base single-seal floor joint with the widest set of heights and three finish variants: S and B add stainless-steel or brass cappings, V carries the insert 3 mm proud so a vinyl sheet can turn onto it. The 120 and 150 are surface-mounted versions for retrofit onto a finished slab. The 130 is the narrowest, 25 and 50 mm only. The 140 and 150 have a ribbed insert for slip resistance and take the movement to ±25 mm at 100 mm. The 160 is a wall-to-wall joint at 100 to 150 mm and the only MaxAtec with a seismic class on its sheet. The 200 and 220 are multi-seal floor joints for 50 to 200 mm gaps; the 200 in a 50 or 70 mm frame that takes paving in the seal, the 220 in a 16 mm frame for thin finishes.
MaxAtec 100
Smooth, centre-supported seal, ADA-compliant; S/B variants add stainless-steel or brass cappings; V variants carry the insert 3 mm proud for vinyl.

Where the New Delhi range covers the same case
For a sealed joint at 25 or 50 mm the FlexAtec 1200 is made here. For a flush metal cover at the same gaps the MegAtec 370 and MegAtec 300 are; for a wall return the MegAtec 360. MaxAtec is specified when the coloured sightline itself is the requirement, and the schedule will say so for that location.
