FlexAtec 1210 and 1220 — deck-to-deck seal joints
Two ribbed elastomeric seals with no metal in them, for 25 to 100 mm gaps in floors and decks that carry wheels: the sheet rates both for wheeled traffic above 25,000 movements a day and vehicles to 100 a day. The 1210 is 18 mm deep, the 1220 is 10 mm; the movement table is the same.
Supplied to order. The 1210 and 1220 are manufactured by the Vexcolt group outside India and brought in against a confirmed order — not held in the New Delhi range. Confirm availability with us before it goes into a programme or a BOQ; the systems made in India are the default where they fit.

Surface: ribbed black (ral 7021) seal, ada-compliant; no metal. Traffic on the sheet: pedestrian >25,000/day · light-wheeled ≤10/day · wheeled >25,000/day · vehicular ≤100/day. Fire barrier 120–240 minutes; waterproofing not applicable. Sources: Flexatec-1210-A01.pdf p.1–2; Flexatec-1220-A01.pdf p.1–2.
Depth is the only decision
Movement, gap band, traffic and colour are identical on the two sheets, so the choice is the rebate you have. The 1220 at 10 mm goes into a shallow finish; the 1210 at 18 mm gives a deeper seal where the build-up allows it. Both are read on the sheet as “deck to deck” as well as floor to floor, which is the case that separates them from the FlexAtec 1200: a wheeled or vehicular deck rather than a pedestrian floor.
The 1200 is the seal joint we make in New Delhi, at 25 and 50 mm gaps, for floors and the wall-to-wall return; its sheet rates it for pedestrian traffic and trolleys, not vehicles. Where a sealed joint on a trafficked deck is wanted at 25 to 100 mm, the 1210 or 1220 is the group product for it, supplied to order. Read how a movement capacity table works before comparing the rows.
